To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Be a property owner or have proper authorization to arrange services for the property
• Reside in our service areas within Canada

When you create an account with MapleHomeBuddy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Scheduling: Service appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by MapleHomeBuddy.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited access to our services.

Property Access: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for consultation, measurement, and installation purposes.

Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment Schedule: Specific payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may affect warranty coverage.

MapleHomeBuddy offers a Lifetime Warranty with No-Clog Guarantee subject to the following conditions:

• Warranty applies to the original installation only
• Proper maintenance as outlined in care instructions is required
• Warranty is non-transferable unless specified in writing
• Certain exclusions may apply for extreme weather conditions or improper maintenance

Complete warranty details are provided in your service agreement.

All content on the MapleHomeBuddy website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MapleHomeBuddy and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapleHomeBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
